The Ministerial Council is responsible for the spiritual leadership and ministerial functions of the ministry. It consists of ordained ministers and leaders who oversee preaching, teaching, pastoral care, sacraments, and spiritual programs. This council ensures doctrinal soundness, spiritual accountability, and the effective execution of ministry assignments, working collaboratively to nurture the spiritual health of the congregation and advance the gospel mandate of Kingsway Ministries Incorporated International.
The Council of Elders serves as a body of seasoned spiritual leaders who provide wisdom, guidance, and spiritual oversight to the ministry. Rooted in biblical principles of eldership, this council offers counsel on doctrinal matters, character, discipline, and conflict resolution.
